Event has been confirmed!
We currently have 8 to 10 inches of thick, black, solid ice on Sinnissippi Lake. There is light crusty patchy snow in some areas.
The event has been confirmed, but because we have less than 12 inches of ice some special safety precautions will be in effect for this event:
1. Heavy trucks, vans, tow vehicles, trailers, and transporters should be parked in the parking lot and not driven onto the ice. Spectator vehicles should also be parked in the parking lot for this event.
2. Event is limited to 70 cars on the ice. This means a maximum of 70 entries! Entries that have pre-registered on the web site before 8:00pm Saturday get priority. Remaining slots will be given out on a first-come first-serve basis when registration opens at 8:30am Sunday morning.
All other rules are in effect as usual.
