Ice Trials Series 2003

A series of "one car at a time" timed trials on ice.

Sanctioned by W-A-G (the people who formerly brought you Milwaukee Saab Club Events).
Open to all street-legal cars and licensed drivers.  Helmets and seat belts required.
Up to 24 classes for FWD, RWD, AWD, and 4X4 (classes will be combined if less than 3 cars each).
Separate classes for studded race tires and modified (race prepared) cars.  Read the complete set of rules.

Location:

All events run on Sinnissippi Lake, Hustisford, Wisconsin.  (Click here for general map.)

LAKE ACCESS:   Hustisford Village public boat ramp on the southwest shoreline.

TO GET THERE: Take Hwy 41 north from Milwaukee to Hwy 60.  Go about 20 miles west to Hustisford.  Turn right (north) at the Citco gas station, sign reads "to Cty 'R'".  Road curves west.  Stay on it for 4 blocks (0.4 miles) to T-intersection.  Turn right (north) on Cty 'R' (Lake Street) for 3 blocks (0.3. miles).  Turn left (west) on Cty 'E' for 4 blocks (0.4 miles) to Neider Lane ('Boat Landing' sign).  Turn right (north) to public boat landing at the end of the block on the right.  (Click here for local map.)

Registration takes place on the ice.  Note that registration opens at 8:30am this year with timed runs starting promptly at 11:15.  All vehicles (including tow vehicles and trailers) must be parked on the ice and not in the paved parking lot (see notice.)

Note that a maximum of 3 drivers may share a car.  Make sure you have read and understand the complete set of rules.

Did we mention that there is ABSOLUTELY NO REGISTRATION AFTER 10:30am???  Yes, we are being somewhat hard-headed about this, but with anywhere from 65 to 90 entries we must get started on time.  If you arrive late, please accept our apologies, enjoy the event as a spectator (or offer to help work!), and come back to run the next event.

Food, beverages, and trophies after each event at:
ROCKRIVER BAR, GRILL, & LANES (formerly SHARNELL'S ALLEY BAR & GRILL), 96 Lake Street.  Now open at 8:00am for breakfast.

AWARDS: Trophies will be presented for for the fastest entries in each class and for Fast Time of Day (FTD) on rubber and studded tires.
