January 20, 2002 Ice Trials

Our second event of '02 was a bit hectic with a very full field of cars and a mid-day course change due to ice conditions. In fact, we reached our 75 car limit at 10:10am... 50 minutes before the close of registration! Our apologies to anyone that didn't get to run. We are currently exploring how to better handle such a large field of entries. Check back prior to the February 10th event to see if there are any changes (for example, if pre-registration is required.)

We would like to thank everyone that participated for their patience and good sportsmanship. We had no problems keeping off the paved parking lot (even the loooong trailer made it down onto the ice), and once again there were no reports of any litter being left on the lake. Thanks!
